Truth be told, this is as much for my sake (so I can find things later if I need to rebuild/install for someone else) as any reader, but hey – that’s true of much of the blog in general.

The themes are almost certainly still one of the offerings from Scott, though I probably messed with them a bit.
Pictures used to be handled by IImage Editor but I have just discovered ImageManager 2.0 which seems like it does everything I might want and then some. If nothing else it supports choosing between straight inline and thumbnails – all the rest is gravy.
